He’ll ask what happened and what you’re feeling, and give you a straight answer about what he thinks is going on and what the sensible next step is. If that’s an in-person examination, we’ll schedule it. If it isn’t, he’ll tell you that too.

- If you need to be seen, we schedule it at Norcross, Lawrenceville, or Dalton.

A response, and a phone conversation with Dr. Jimenez, within 24 hours. An in-person appointment may be available quickly after that — often within a day or two — but that depends on scheduling, so we won’t put a date on it before we’ve spoken with you.

For accident care we don’t bill regular health insurance. Self-pay and lien-based treatment are both available, and we’ll go through which fits your situation when we talk.
